When did you give your son his first haircut?

My son is 13 months & I have to put his hair in a ponytail. I’m not sure if I want to cut it or not. 😭

I was going to cut my sons hair at a year but I couldn’t bring myself to do it. I’m not usually a fan of longer hair on most boys if they have straight hair but I fell in love with it on him. I can’t imagine seeing him with short hair. He’ll be 2 on the 25th so maybe I’ll trim the back at 2

Not my son, but my best friend's nephew had his first haircut at a week old.  Seriously, I have never seen so much hair on a newborn.
