At this time there are two sacs. One sac (the one at the bottom) looks smaller than the other so it is still up in the air if both will develop. 
Vanishing twin is still very high chance up till 9 weeks of pregnancy. This is where one sac/baby/fetus is absorbed by mom/other baby and vanishes without any signs of miscarriage. 
Best of luck but honestly all you can do is wait and see if two develop or if just one does.

This looks like what I had with my son and they thought it could be twins but it turned out to just be a large blood vessel. Praying it goes the way you want it to.

That sac looks very small compared to the other. It may be a case of vanishing twin unfortunately will have to wait and see. I wish you luck though!
