I’m 4.5 months postpartum and I just got my period back. I know the return of my cycle does not mean that my journey has to end, but my breasts feel different. They never seen to get full anymore. I EBF so I’m not thrilled of ending that relationship even though It was rough in the beginning, we finally found our groove, and now bam this is my next obstacle. I’m going to keep trying, I know there is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with formula, but I had set a goal of a year. I’m just sad that this is how it might end. Can anyone relate?
