23w + 5 & painful sciatica.. tips please
I’ve notice I have gained weight pretty fast with this 2nd pregnancy. So I’m starting to slowly workout again. To help minimize that plus eat healthier been on vacation a lot. But trying to find some good remedies. Bought a pregnancy belt too. So painful hurts to sleep. I’m 5’10”
Starting weight 168 now 192! Pic was taken 3 days ago... just feeling so huge and hate that I let myself gain so much so fast.
