Could be an Epstein pearl. Usually the bottom teeth come in first. But you never know all babies are different! Keep an eye out for shark like chowing down and excessive drool 😊.

My son has the same but in bottom right, where a canine would be. Pediatrician said it might be a tooth, or not 🙃

My daughter has those, I don’t think teeth come in that far back or in that area for a long time. Usually bottom and top front teeth are first.

I always heard bottom teeth come in first but every baby is different! I’d just look out for symptoms!❤️
