Well, mommas, I went yesterday morning for an anatomy scan at 7:30. And what do you know? As much as me and my hubby wanted a boy, sonething kept telling me it was a girl. AND I WAS RIGHT!!! We welcome Shauna Mattison Rothfuss ob January 25th. Our technician said she is looking AMAZING and weighs 14 ounces! But the most nerve-wracking part? I told my family. I went to my parents house and told my mom and sister as my dad was at a school even for my nephews. My mom was over the moon to finally have a granddaughter and my little sister was ecstatic for a little niece. My mom recorded my dad opening his small gift and he was so happy! This was the scariest part as my dad hasn’t wanted anything to do with my husband. But my mom called me later that night to tell me that my dad actually told her that he wants to meet my hubby!!! Things are looking up and I am beyond excited to meet my beautiful daughter!!
