Can someone tell me the difference between spotting and bleeding? I've had red blood on tissue everytime I go to the toilet for days. I had an ultrasound on Thursday and they said everything was fine. No blood has gone on to my panty liner it's just when I wipe.

My partner keeps telling me to relax but I can't! I also have no symptoms.

I'm 6+3 and have seen my baby's heartbeat.

Someone please help? I can't keep going to the doctor everytime this happens because I would be there every day!
