Money advice

So I’m on maternity leave and struggling with money. But I just saw the adidas website has an amazing deal on kids and baby track suits. Omg haha I really want to purchase them because they are 50% off but I shouldn’t because I’m broke and I have bills to pay. Does anyone else deal with problems like this? Am I the only one? Someone please talk me out of buying these haha. Also any tips on saving money and creating a budget?
