Stopping Uti's

Hello ladies,

As I am sure many of you have had the dreaded Uti.

I was just wondering what your remedies are? I constantly get them straight after sex and have to take a single antibiotic. Which I don't want to take every single time I get busy with my soon to be husband and once I start tying for children what will I do then?
