Tampon, cup or discs???

Question

Hey ladies! 
Wasn’t sure where else to ask this! What is everyone’s opinion on Tampons, cups or discs?
I have extremely heavy/clotty periods with endometriosis. 
But am looking for a better way to go than with tampons, anyone have any luck trying other things??

I use a cup and have done for around 18 months. Changing to a cup was the best thing I did for my period. Some people do find it tricky to insert at the start, I did a lot of research and had success with it from the first day. I've found my cramps are loads better; it's more comfortable then tampons and generally I feel a lot better with a cup than l ever did with tampons/pads. Plus dont have to worry about running out off them. Super easy to clean and ready for the next cycle😊! If you have any questions about cups I'm more than happy to try and help.
