I only use honey and sugar and mix it to make a scrub it works very well for my skin removes the dead layer of skin and makes it nice and soft. I quit using store bought products after I saw how impressive it was. 
Honey has antiseptic and antibiotic properties, lots of vitamins and minerals, and a good moisturizer.
