30 weeks and blood when wiping

Hey ladies, I went to the bathroom 20 minutes ago and I noticed a small bit of blood when I wiped... I wiped again and put a finger inside but there was nothing. I had sex maybe 4 days ago so I dont think it's that. I call the nurse and she said she is not concerned. She told me to put a panty liner to see if anything else comes out.. Its my first pregnancy and I never had any blood until today. Any of you ladies had a similar experience? I dont have any pain or contractions, I'm just so scared that my baby isn't okay 😢😣 here's a pic from when I wiped.
