Been spotting like this on and off all day. It was a little brighter red earlier, but mostly looks like this. A little on a pantyliner, but barely. I’ve had light cramps.

Called the doc - she said it could be implantation and just to rest unless it gets worse.

I think I’m 4 weeks 2 days and this is freaking me out. Anyone else experiencing this or had this with a healthy pregnancy in the past?
