Question

My last period was August 28th I have a 5 day cycle so it ended September 1st, according to apps and online I ovulated September 6 my man came in me September 5th at 1 am so it was already September 6... I’ve been cramping since the night that he came in me on my left side more then my right side... can I be pregnant ?? We been trying for 2 months and I get back negatives please help and I have a 23 day cycle length that’s why it says I ovulated September 6th
