Trans-Abdominal Ultrasound Scan: My uterus measures is 10.2 × 5.1 × 6.2 cm. The visualized bladder and adnexa are maintained.
Trans-Vaginal Scan: Endovaginal ultrasound was performed to try and better evaluate the endometrial stripe and adnexal regions. There is a thickened 1.9 cm endometrial stripe. My right ovary measures is 2.5 × 1.5 × 1.4 cm and is unremarkable. My left ovary measures is 2.8 × 1.6 × 2.3 cm and demonstrates a 1.3 dominant follicle is normal with some of the internal echoes. Blood flow is observed within the ovaries.
and then
Impression:
(1.) Thickened endometrial stripe to be correlated with patient's menstrual phase.
(2.) Complex dominant follicle involving the left ovary possibly hemorrhagic. and while I'm on cycle day 23 and 8 days past ovulation on that day on Tuesday August 20th after I'm doing a Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation Test was "PEAK" solid smiley face☺ and other different ovulation test are "Positive" since last month on Sunday August 11th for cycle day 14!!!!
