I don’t go to gym or do any exercise at all . I walk but not a lot because I don’t have an ankle. In pregnancy I gained 90 pounds, I had my daughter on September 1st 2018 and also had a c-section.

Walk walk walk. Do sit ups slowly, little at a time. Dancing helps also if you like, like doing the twist. Silly but works. Dont over work yourself but keep at it.
