Help! Bad Constipation 😭

I am 23 weeks pregnant and I've been constipated for 2 weeks now. For the past 5 days I've taken 2x Colace a day along with Medimucil pills - but it's not working. I've been eating plenty of fiber and drinking lots of water. Does anyone have any good remedies that could help??
