Mine sometimes like rolls/rotates her wrists and even ankles. I think it’s just them getting used to being able to control their movements

I took my son for a walk when he was about 6 weeks old and he did that the entire way until he fell asleep. He still does it every now and again.

Kind of but I think it’s just their body and motor skills growing. Adorable baby boy btw!
