Prior Ectopic pregnancy

1st month TTC after ectopic in January. Peak should be any day... (usually happens on CD 19). Can any of you share your pregnancy success stories after an ectopic? They saved my right tube in surgery and I did not undergo an HSG test afterwards. I’m so scared for another ectopic and praying this works quickly.
