Symptoms since 5DPO am I crazy??

Question

I'm currently 8DPO Today and for the past 3 days I've had severe lower back pain on and off as well as cramping mostly on my right side, and odd headaches on and off. I don't want to get my hopes up but I almost never have lower back pain a week before AF is due. Anyone else recognize these symptoms?

My birthday is this Friday the 16th so I don't want to test until then, hoping I get the best birthday present ever this year!

Well, the back ache thing rings true, the feeling nausea rings true

and then you say I'm 5 DPO I shouldn't be feeling these symptoms yet as my little peanut to be possibly hasn't even implanted yet. So then you have yourself wondering what the hell makes me think this or that. It's still a day too soon. But then there's the catch of well maybe I ovulated before glow said I did.

I'm telling you it's a vicious cycle but yes I have been noticing back aches, slight fatigue, slight nausea. For the backache there really isn't much I feel comfortable doing except laying on my sheep skin blanket (very soft and warm) so that relieves the aching for the most part. Then I take a nap everyday where I simply do nothing but lay around or sleep. For the nausea I have ginger ale and saltines (non-salted of course being that I have diabetes and must watch my diet
