Late period

Hi ladies. So, my period is 13 days late. I took 2 pregnancy tests a few days before my cycle was supposed to start, and another 2 after it was supposed to start. They both came out negative. Is this normal? My periods are usually irregular but I haven’t been this late in quite a while.

My boyfriend and I always use protection but we did have unprotected sex like 3 times

Pls help. What should I do?

Is this a hormonal imbalance?
