Urgent! Serious opinions please!!

Just took this pregnancy test because lately I been having bad cramps and a couple days ago I was spotting that probably lasted 2 days. This isn’t my first pregnancy so I just need second opinions. Is it too early to test positive, mind you this is 4dpo. Or is it a chemical pregnancy?
