How do you handle stress?

I feel like i'm running out of time. Baby showers, maternity shoots, we're moving, the holidays! It seems like there's so much to do between now and January, am I the only one completely freaking out?

I’m stressing but for a bit of different reasons, we are in the process of moving into our first home in December but more stressed about the thought of having a newborn and a toddler, she keeps me so busy now 😅 I know I’ll figure it out but stressed about everything!

I’m honestly have no time to think about that stuff 😂 between working full time and two pre teens in football, all that stuff is way on the back burner. I wouldn’t stress about it. Baby will be here before you know it and those things won’t be as important 🙂

I'm due in Jan too! Jan 3. I'm kind of stressed but I'm super great at avoiding my own feelings lol. I just avoid going to SOs moms house because she wants to talk baby shower, registry, do I have a crib, have I picked nursery colors, I need to get rid of the cat (I wont), I'm too small to be this pregnant and I need to eat, I'm starving my baby, I should be sleeping more, am I sure I like the name we picked, but seriously why dont i have a nursery ready yet, ........ ugh

I'm due in February and haven't planned anything for this baby yet. Havent bought a single item. I feel like it's so far away still to worry about. Probably also because I have 4 other kids already.
