Please my childhood best friend just lost her baby yesterday. What can I do to help. I want to be there for her. We haven’t talked majorly in a while. But I know she’s hurting how can I help ? I want to help. But I don’t want to be insensitive I don’t want to push myself on her

I’ve already told her if she needs anything to call or message me. She said both her and the child’s father can’t get out of bed they have been asleeep she said she’s depressed and hates it I just wanna help. She shouldn’t have had this happened to her.
