Pills

I've heard of geritol. I tried it for a couple months hoping to get pregnant but nothing. I realized a clear/white liquid coming out of my boobs. I don't know what the liquid is or why it started coming out of my boobs. I took test after test and nothing all negative. I was looking into other pills & vitamins to help get pregnant but I just don't know what is truly the best & that will help any suggestions please help 😔
