The doctor said I was negative..

I went to the doctor for my first check up today. The nurse did a urine test and put me in a room. The doctor came in and said the urine test was negative. With my history of miscarriage at 8 weeks last year and chemical pregnancy back in July, she said she thinks it’s another chemical pregnancy. I tried not to cry and held tears in. I felt like both the doctor and the staff were all looking at my like I was crazy (perhaps I’m overthinking it).. asking me how many pregnancy tests I took and and if I def saw two lines. I started doubting myself and went to work in distraught. I decided to take another pregnancy test myself and it’s freaking positive!!! I’m so confused!!!!

I did drink a lot of water this morning because I was nervous and I even told my doctor that but she said it shouldn’t matter..

The nurse did drew my blood so I’m hoping they will call to confirm my pregnancy. This is my first baby so everything is new to me. Even with my previous pregnancies, I’ve never had a doctor telling me that I was negative.

Has anyone experienced this? This is so nerve wrecking😭😭😭
