My first pregnancy I had high blood pressure towards the end (never fully diagnosed as preeclampsia as there were no other symptoms). I was induced and delivered vaginally no problem.

I had PIH with my first and delivered him vaginally (went into labor on my own too), at 39w2d. I was induced with my second for the same thing, and also had him vaginally (40 weeks exactly).

My friend had hypertension so she had to be induced, but she had a vaginal delivery

I think it depends on the situation, but my best friend went to her 38 week appointment they checked her BP it was high 4 hours later she has an emergency c-section. This was the first time she had high BP. 🤷🏽‍♀️
