How’s the FET date determined?

hey ladies. I’m curious about how the FET date is determined. What information helps the doctor select the date? Did they take blood work to help decide and your lining check?

My clinic does transfers certain times during the month. So when I got my first cycle after retrieval I got my FET calendar with tentative date. Date stayed the same as Once i started meds, bloodwork and lining check

How it worked with our clinic is they follow a regular ovulation cycle and transfer 5 days after ovulation monitored by internal ultrasounds and blood work indicators then implant using a 5 day old embryo.  Providing your lining is where it needs to be of course.  Ours required above 8mm.
