Essential oils???

Anyone have success using essential oils? If so, what kind do you use???

I use Young Living Essential oils with great success. It depends on what your goals are, what are you trying to support? Immune system? Head tension? Stress? There are so many things you can use them for, but you’ve got to be careful and knowledgeable. Know your oils and where they are coming from, oils that have synthetic components can be very dangerous.

Using essential oils for what? 1. Not all essential oils are the same, some are way better and more medicinal grade
2. Depends what for.. I use them for a wide variety of things and use a lot of different oils
