Wondering if there are any single dads with full custody on here in Alberta Canada.

Trying to inquire about my partner getting full custody because the mother is a toxic, alcoholic negative influence in our kids life. And I’m not sure where to even start as his previous lawyer screwed him into giving up his time and she ended up getting 50/50 and is trying to take over.

Going through a lot of emotions lately as she’s trying to get me fired from my job, at our kids school. And telling him I’m pregnant and he will be replaced. And I have a criminal record, etc. When none of it is true. He’s only 7 and it’s just crazy and sad would love to remove him from her completely or minimize time with her until she can get healthy again
