I’m set for an appointment with my OBGYN next week but want to know if someone has experienced this too

I had a miscarriage late June and it’s been 11 weeks since then. Last week I had what I strongly thought was a mix of UTI and yeast infection symptoms. On Sunday, I had sex after going the whole week without (if it makes a difference) and it all went away. The next day I started to get brown spotting and it’s been on and off since then but mostly when I pee. Since then, I’ve had light vaginal pain, light cramps, and a headache. I thought it was my period but usually my periods start with spotting and then get heavy within the same night, even my mc was that way. And I’ve heard that your first post-mc period was supposed to heavy?
