Mucus plug or bloody show?

Im just not sure which one it would be... I got my membranes swept yesterday (9/10/2019 @ 2pm) I have had minor contractions/back pain since then. I went for a short walk yesterday around 7pm. Although I have not been contracting much today (9/11/2017). I took a nap today, and woke up because I had pee, after I was done and wiped I felt as though there was something still there. Of course being 39 weeks I have not been able directly down at my my down stairs since God knows when! Lol but I was finally able to wipe it. What is yalls opinion? Mucus plug or bloody show?
