Hi. Okay so about 10 am I experienced headache, dizziness ,body aches I couldn't check my vitals I just layed down and slept till 430.. I woke up feeling sum better still feeling rough I checked my vitals with a bp of 121/69 a pulse of 158 no fever and a sugar of 215..i have never had diabetes well starting bout a month Ago I started Getting higher sugar levels round 150 never higher than 190 I'm suppose to b checking my sugar reguralry now so with this I started to panic...... I haven't ate so I ate a little bit ...i rechecked vitals about 630ish with sugar of 305.....a bp of 115/57 and a pulse of 150.... This time a fever of 100

So I'm now worried as to what I should do in this situation. all advice would be greatly appreciated... Thank you
