Should I go in?

Baby is moving less today than usual. Trying to do kick counts been laying down for an hour and only felt her 2 times she’s usually moved 10+ times when I do my kick counts 😕 I don’t know if I’m just over worrying

If you're not meeting the kick count requirement then go in just to be sure.

Try and drink something super cold and sugary and see of that helps. Give it some time.. 
After that Id call or go he seen if you dont hit the requirements in the allotted time.

Every time I eat to much sugar or anything I don’t feel the baby moving much.. it has been like that the whole pregnancy. My Dr. is not concerned. He said that as long as I feel him moving here and there I am fine. Baby has been a little lazy through the whole pregnancy 😂 If you are concerned you should definitely call in!

I think the research in the US is different to the UK so this isn’t meant to come across patronising. You don’t go by the number of movements, your baby should have a pattern, and if it isn’t what your baby usually does, whether is it moving or not then you need to get checked, if you are ever worried then have a big drink and lay on your left side for 1 hour and if you still aren’t happy then always call someone and have a monitoring x

I was told to call if under 6 in 1 hour or under 10 in 2 hours. Especially if you’ve tried cold sugary drinks. Definitely call.

My son use to do the same drink cold water my doctor told me if the baby kicks for 10 min in the morning and before you go to sleep thats fine if you are worried about it usually when you are tense up and stressing the baby can feel that so what i usually do read a book or listen to music to clear my mind and my son use to kick up a storm.
