Safe way to bounce on Birthing ball??
I might sound like a fool for asking but I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant with my second son & I am already 2 cm dilated with no complications or health issues. I used my birthing ball for my last labor to help with labor pains by just rolling my hips back & fourth. But I've recently learned you can try & bounce on your ball a little to help induce or move along labor faster. Is there a safe way to do so cause I don't want to complicate things or harm my son by bouncing to much or to hard. I will also ask my doctor at my appt this Thursday but I would like to hear from any one who has done this or had experience that it did somewhat work for them.
