Is it possible for a blood pregnancy test to be wrong? 
  I have had 2positive hpt and I have had cramps and slight pain like by my ovaries I guess and I have loss of appetite and been nauseous. But the blood test has came back negative.

It sounds like you have low levels... Did they do a quantitative ? Because some early response tests detect as low as 15 mui/hcg and they don't consider it a positive blood test unless it's over 25 mui ... I'd call and ask them for the numeric result.

It's possible my cousins blood test kept coming back negative she's now 7 weeks. It took almost a month past her missed period before she got a positive hpt and then the Drs were able to get a positive blood test.
