Help with Sleep Regression? 😴

My daughter just turned 10 months old on the 5th and about three days ago she suddenly refuses to sleep through the night. She will just cry and cry and when we take her out of her bed she just wants to stay up and pretend like it's the middle of the day and play. We are lucky to get 4 hours of sleep. Last night we tried to let her cry it out for a while to see if she would self soothe herself like she has been for months now sleeping 11 hours through the night but no luck. Any advice?

Cut down on the amount of daytime sleep depending how much you at now.

Yep! Exactly the same. Party time in the night or crying for hours..waking up constantly 💤💤

Night wakings can be due to bedtime being too late. Also make sure your using appropriate awake times. 😊 good luck! Of all things that cause me the most anxiety sleep and bedtime is one of them. Argh.

Don't put her to bed until after 8 and don't let her nap to late in the day. If i let my lo go down before 8 she does this too.
