My OB was going to start me on clomid or femara; however, my ultrasound showed a 3.5X3.9cm cyst on my right ovary 😞. I have PCOS and not ovulating. I seriously thought I’d have the classic string of pearls, but maybe my body is trying to ovulate and just needs that extra boost? Anyway, I have to take BC for 6 weeks to prevent other cysts from forming and give this one time to shrink. I feel a little defeated - over the past year I’ve lost 80 pounds, reversed my insulin resistance, lowered my BP, yet it’s not enough to get me to ovulate 😭. Now I have to wait at least 2 more months...

My question - any suggestions for things I can do over the next 8 weeks to improve my chances when I do get to start clomid or femara?
