Implantation cramping?

Question

So right now I am about 5-6 dpo. I have felt this sudden sharp pain in my uterus all day now. Sometimes it's bad and sometimes just an ache. Has anyone ever experienced this and been pregnant? Could it be implantation cramping? I know I don't have cysts or fibroids or anything like that so I have ruled that out.

Update* my breasts feel full and tender today cramps have mostly subsided but I still feel a dull ache every so often.

Also, maybe TMI but I have really bad gas today and I never have gas. No change to my diet either.

I took a test today at 9 dpo and it was negative. I know it's still really early anyway. I'm having period cramps and my boobs are hurting more today. I'm too impatient. Lol
