Pelvic pop??

Is anyone else experiencing their pelvic bone pop?? I’m 33 weeks and it feels very weird no pain I just can feel and hear it popping. Is this even normal lol

Yep. My chiropractor said it was normal as the tendons and ligaments get tighter and get “stuck” on your hipbones which are getting more relaxed and wider. So they make that pop sound

I'm 35 weeks and I have that. I asked my doctor about it because I didn't feel it with my first and it's so weird. She said it's perfectly normal and not to worry about it.

Yep! Mine has been doing that on and off since about 36 weeks. My back, pelvis and hips are all doing it actually, especially when I get up in the morning. It’s the relaxin hormone getting you ready for birth- at least that’s what my doctor said.
