I just started my period today and want to up my game this month. I have seen the geritol pills and geritol liquid that says energy support. I can't take pills. Is the geritol energy the same as what you all are taking? I can't take pills but hubby can. Do we both take it and when? Also, is the pressed just to use if you need safe lube or does it help another way because I never need lube. Any other tips appreciated!
