How long total hours does ur baby nap in a day?

I nap a day around 12.30 - 1pm for around an hour to 2 hours. In bed for 7.30pm and awake between 6.30am and 7am.

She’s been doing 1 nap most days that’s about 3-4 hours long. Some days we do 2 naps and the first nap will be 2-2.5 hours and the second will be about 3. And yes, she sleeps through the night. From 8:30pm- 7am. She loves her sleep!

Lol I envy some your naps.  My son sleeps between 1 and 2 hours at best.   Some time only 30-45min. And yes that's 1 nap

She naps about 1.5-2 hours during the week at daycare and 3 at home on the weekends.

My daughter takes one nap per day and I’m lucky if it’s 1.5 hours long. Usually lasts about 1hr15mins or so. Long naps have never been her thing despite all my best efforts. She’s happy and growing so I’ll take what I can get!
