First timer help

Hello 👋 I’m due in 20 days and my goal is to cloth diaper this little guy I have started my stash which is up to about 30 pocket diapers with 2 terrycloth inserts per diaper and 24 charcoal (these are thicker more for overnight) inserts * the charcoal ones will be delivered once every 3 months thanks to my husbands awesome Aunt!* I did get some 7th generation newborn diapers because I have small babies usually.

I know I need to pre wash these diapers what should I pre wash them in?

Do I have enough of a stash?

I also got the earth mama diaper balm since I read zinc is a no go in the cloth diapers....

Any tips or tricks are welcome 🙏
