How many days DPO?

today i am 10 days DPO  according to eve my period should’ve started today, however i had ovulation discharge 4 days after eve said i ovulated. so technically my period is in 4 days. i haven’t been feeling any period symptoms, but i’ve gotten a few pregnancy symptoms. i had sex the day i ovulated and the day before. i took two tests the other day just for shits and giggles and two tests today. a walmart 88 cent test and a first response early detection. i got bfns for both. is it still too early to test? or did i miss this month. i usually feel symptoms of my period by now or it comes a few days early, but i have nothing
this also isn’t my first urine of the day. even though the tests say it doesn’t matter, should i still try again in the morning?

Although it doesn’t have to be 1st morning urine,  you need to hold your urine & limit your fluids to get a concentrated urine sample ( approx 3hours) to get a more accurate test result.  With my 1st I took a test around 6weeks, but I drink a LOT of water (urine during the day is pretty much clear), I had bought a 2 pack & took one and it was Negative as Negative could be.  For some reason I decided I to take the other test the next morning... as soon as the urine past the test line it was Super Positive.  My doctor did a urine test that same day hours later ( I was not asked to hold my pee or anything) it was negative. That late on a Friday so She told me to go directly to the lab on Monday morning & they’d run a blood test & have it to her by the end of the day.  She told me NOT to worry that somehow I had messed up the home test.  She frantically called my Monday afternoon & told to immediately stop taken my ADHD meds. My blood HGC levels were in the 7-8week pregnant range.
