Galaxy Note 10 plus reset question

I'm wanting to fix my phone from lagging its taking 4EVER to load anything just got this phone 3 days ago which one of these do I hit so it dosen't erase anything or go back to default. I just want my phone to run better. Not liking US cellular🤦‍♀️thanks so much
