One Year
9/2 marked the year anniversary of my miscarriage. Its also my birthday. Three of my friends announced new pregnancies and I pretended to be happy for them.
We've had no success with trying, and I gained some weight over the spring due to bad eating habits, which with PCOS just means my cycle is screwed now!
We've decided to actually take further steps in our effort in trying to conceive after this past year just letting things happen. I'm starting new vitamins, we've ordered some preseed lube (been having lube issues down there since the miscarriage. My doctor's recommended some changes in diet and hygiene routines to help get my flora down there back in whack.
I'm also making huge lifestyle changes eating wise to try to lose more weight. We do yoga as a family nightly now.
It's hard every time someone has a baby or announces but I'm getting better at being excited for real after that initial self pity moment.
