Pheochromocytoma
Has anyone ever tested positive based on more than double the normal number for metanephrine to creatinine ratio but had a normal metanephrine level itself? I’m looking at my blood work and as a nurse, a little concerned this means I have the adrenal tumour. Based on all evidence I have found it means I do. But I also don’t have elevated metanephrine levels on its own. Please anyone who has had experience can you help!
