Do y’all drink crystal light while pregnant?

I’ve read some things that say aspartame isn’t safe but other things say it’s ok every once in awhile. I just want something besides water sooo bad. I used to drink sodas occasionally but haven’t been able to since I’ve been pregnant.

I did fruit infused water in both pregnancies, they even make special water bottles for it!
You should avoid artificial sweeteners like aspartame and sucralose, even when you're not pregnant they're horrible for your body, they can affect the way your body handles insulin long term, and will actually rot your teeth faster than regular sugar would. 
Just some fun facts there about the ickiness of artificial sweeteners.

I really don't feel like aspartame is safe. I've used the true lemon powders and regular lemon juice but no aspartame.

Yes, i drink crystal lite lemonade everyday. Any time I try to drink water I get nauseous and throw it up. I drink it watered down, so the flavor isn't so intense because that's what I prefer right now. My doctor gave me the go ahead, she said it was better than being dehydrated.
