Leakage
Sooo I’m new to the menstrual cup & I use the punch down fold because it’s the easiest for me to insert but I experience leakage. :( this is only my second time using the menstrual cup and I just want it to stop leaking. Any tips??
***EDIT
I figured out that my cup wasn’t all the way open. How do I pop it open when it’s inside? It never pops open I guess that’s why i experience leakage every time.
