Momma's who have had/have Morning sickness

Is morning sickness mainly just nausea for you all?

Are you actually vomiting? I hope this isn't a stupid question. I'm just not sure if I'm vomiting too much.

I havent had my first appt yet, scheduled for 2 weeks out but I want to know.

I've been vomiting for about 2 weeks now multiple times a day (2-3 times a day). Pretty much everyday with the exception of maybe two. Do you all think this is too much? I'm aware every pregnancy is different but if you got medication about how much were you vomiting to warrant you wanting some relief?
